2. Data we collect
When you use our forms or site chat, we may collect your name, company, trade, location or postal code, email address, phone number and message content. Technical data required to secure the forms may also be processed.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess your needs, prepare commercial discussions and manage follow-up. Google Analytics is only enabled after consent.
4. Retention
Prospect data is kept only as long as needed to manage the enquiry and, unless a different legal requirement or active commercial relationship applies, for no more than three years from collection or the last contact from the prospect.
5. Service providers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security and Turnstile, Resend for form-message delivery and, with consent, Google Analytics for audience measurement.
6. International transfers
Some international providers may process data outside the European Union. Where applicable, transfers rely on recognised adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards.
7. Your rights

We use HTTPS, Cloudflare security, Turnstile, server-side validation and data minimisation to reduce unauthorised access and abuse.
